Skyscraper in St.Petersburg: Closer to the Sea, Further from the Smolny

11 November 2011 year

You have not yet forgotten about this investment project, which generated great controversy in St. Petersburg? In December of last year, the President of Russia and the government of the Northern Capital suspended all construction on the Ohta. But the skyscraper project has not gone forever, it has just been moved! Where to? Why? What will happen to the historical landscape and neighboring houses? How about traffic jams? And ecology? Finally, what archaeological remains are hidden under the ground at the new site?

The answers to all of these questions are in our new reel.

Svetlana Afanasyeva, Director of Public Relations of JSC “ 'Ohta' Social and Business Center":

«The Mercator team combines both logic and creativity with the knowledge of technology and tools. The production of the reel was carried out with little or no involvement from the client — the script, equipment, and visuals were also completed independently by the Mercator team. We were presented with a virtually finished product and upon seeing it, my colleagues and I were pleasantly surprised. When a contractor reads your thoughts, can work out everything for themselves, and creates the product that you expect, well that is a client's dream. Using this slogan I say: Your Dreams Can Come True — Mercator is here».

Our production team:

Art Director — Andrey Kovalevsky
Production Director — Mikhail Matorin
Producer - Gennady Kondratyev
Consultant — Andrey Skvortsov
